For Rose Espinoza, Dorothy Richardson Award was the start of things to come

Rose Espinoza became a Dorothy Richardson Resident Leadership honoree in 1992, the first year NeighborWorks America presented these awards. It was one of many honors she received her work with Rosie's Garage, her after-school tutoring program that changed her neighborhood.
