EVENT LODGING/TRAVEL LOGISTICS:

Will NeighborWorks America pay for an additional night stay if I am unable to get home by midnight? Who do I contact if I am arriving late to the hotel?
NeighborWorks’ lodging policy notes if there are flight/train departure options which get you home by midnight then we will not extend your lodging. If there are no departure options, then we will extend your lodging on a first-come/first-served basis until room availability is exhausted. To inquire if you are eligible to receive a Friday night extension after you have registered, contact the Customer Experience team by email at [email protected]. All requests for an Additional Night Stay must be submitted via email. Please view our event lodging guidelines for more information.  For any reason, if you are arriving late at the hotel, please contact 1-800-438-5547 or the hotel after hours.

How should a registrant identify their Accessibility needs?
Anyone with Accessibility Needs should self-identify in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) section of your registration profile when registering. You may also provide more detailed requests via our online Accessibility Request Intake form

If NeighborWorks is managing your lodging, which hotel have I been assigned? Do I make reserva-tions?
If your lodging is covered by NeighborWorks America, hotel assignments will be posted to your schedule by no later than February 10th, 2026. This information is provided under Your NTI Schedule on the event platform. If NeighborWorks is covering your hotel, please do not contact the hotel and make a reservation. This will cause a duplicate reservation, and your credit card will be charged. If you are arriving early or staying additional days, you can contact the hotel to set up a separate reservation for those days that are not covered by NeighborWorks.

Event/Venue Logistics?
The hotel venues are large and navigating from course to course may require extensive walking, so please plan accordingly. Attendees are responsible for arranging for and/or renting any required mobility or medical devices. Please see the event Travel & Logistics Guide for a list of rental providers who provide services in the city.

Are meals provided?
Each attendee is responsible for their own meals. Each weekday of the event we provide coffee/beverage services, including to-go snacks during the late morning and afternoon breaks. On Monday, lunch will be provided at the Opening Plenary.

What is the dress code for this event?
The attire is business casual. For your comfort, please dress in layers to accommodate varying temperatures in the hotel and convention center venues.

Who do I contact if I am unable to make it to class?
Please contact Customer Experience at 1-800-438-5547 so they can alert the instructor. If you fail to attend your course, you will be marked incomplete and will not receive a certificate of completion.

Are shuttle buses provided for venues?
There will be shuttle buses provided between the two hotel venues at specific pickup/drop-off locations. NW does not provide ground transportation from the airport to the hotel.  You will need to make your own arrangements. The city offers shuttles, taxis and rideshare services. These services must be scheduled and managed at your own expense.
