NeighborWorks America seeks to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for office supplies to support its day-to-day business operations and administrative functions. The BPA is intended to provide an efficient, cost-effective, and streamlined procurement vehicle for acquiring office supplies and related products on an as-needed basis throughout the term of the agreement.
