NR101vcx The Essential Tools of Successful Neighborhood Revitalization

This course introduces you to the essential tools for successful neighborhood revitalization, including community analysis, visioning, and action planning. You’ll learn how to assess neighborhood conditions, engage stakeholders, and develop SMART objectives that align with community goals. Through interactive exercises, you’ll practice creating vision statements, identifying priorities, and drafting action steps. You’ll also explore how to apply a Comprehensive Community Development (CCD) framework into your planning. Whether you’re new to revitalization or seeking a structured approach, this course equips you to lead impactful change in any community. 

Course Type: Faculty-led Accelerated Model

Course Length: 4 days online. Days 1 & 3 have 4 hours of live sessions. Days 2 & 4 have self-guided work.
