This course is designed for financial coaches, financial and housing counselors, program managers, rental housing counselors, and community development professionals.
This faculty-led course takes place over four weeks and includes up to a 90-minute weekly live web conference session, self-paced online assignments and the use of peer discussion forums. Participants should expect to spend approximately four hours per week on course related reading and assignments.
This course satisfies training requirements to obtain initial NCHEC certification for Rental Housing Counseling and Financial Capability. It provides 12 continuing education hours for all other NCHEC certifications.
