Identifying, Cultivating, and Leveraging Distinct Leadership Types

 This course invites you to explore how your social identity, background, and lived experiences influence your leadership style and how you evaluate others in leadership roles. You’ll examine historical and modern definitions of leadership, assess your own strengths, and understand how power and privilege shape leadership perceptions. Through peer discussions and self-reflection, you’ll gain tools to support leaders, recognize implicit bias, and build constructive leadership practices. You’ll leave with a personalized 90-day leadership action plan to strengthen collaboration with and support leadership in your community.
