The course emphasizes collaboration with residents, clear communication of responsibilities, and leveraging community resources for remediation. Through hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios, you will be equipped to lead healthy homes assessments and implement solutions that improve housing conditions and resident well-being. CP195 is a prerequisite.
