Dave Killingsworth

Dave Killingsworth has joined NeighborWorks® America as the senior vice president for Information Technology & Services (IT&S). 

Dave brings more than 25 years of experience leading technology strategy and transformation across higher education, government, healthcare, nonprofit and private-sector organizations.

Throughout his career, Dave has helped organizations use technology to solve problems, improve operations and better support their mission. Most recently, he has served as the chief information officer at Albany State University, where he led a comprehensive technology transformation focused on strengthening cybersecurity, modernizing infrastructure, improving user experiences and establishing a long-term roadmap for technology sustainability.

Dave has also held senior technology leadership roles with the Colorado Judicial Branch, Tarrant County College, NCR, McKesson and organizations in the healthcare industry. Across these roles, he earned a reputation for building strong partnerships, aligning teams around shared goals and leading change in ways that are both strategic and practical.
