NeighborWorks America, a Congressionally chartered nonprofit and Top 100 Builder, is working alongside its network of nearly 250 community-based organizations to help 1 million people secure and sustain affordable homes between fiscal year 2025 and 2027. This bold goal represents more than a target, it reflects a national commitment to increasing access to opportunity, stability and upward mobility.

Building Homeownership, Empowering Communities
NeighborWorks Capital is helping expand affordable homeownership by providing low-cost, long-term capital to NeighborWorks network organizations like Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership and Affordable Homes of South Texas, strengthening families and communities nationwide.
LIFT: Creating New Homeowners and Building Communities
Through the LIFT program, NeighborWorks America helped more than 26,000 individuals and families achieve homeownership with down payment assistance, building wealth, strengthening communities and expanding opportunities across the country.
NeighborWorks Counseling Program: Keeping People Housed
NeighborWorks America’s Housing Stability Counseling Program supported nearly 93,000 individuals and families during the pandemic, helping them stay housed, rebuild stability and move toward stronger futures through trusted, relationship-based counseling.
