Providing residents with the skills to fulfill homeownership goals is one of the primary ways the NeighborWorks network delivers on its mission every day. Support includes financial education, coaching, and access to financial products and services.

Part of the success formula in affordable housing and community development work is training and education. For more than 30 years, NeighborWorks America's investment in training and professional development has been a critical part of how we carry out our mission.
Home, Sweet Affordable (Rental) Home
Safe and affordable rental homes are the foundation of success for many families and neighborhoods across the country. We provide our network with extensive coaching, data, grant programs and training to optimally manage and maintain their rental portfolios.
