AH293 REO Solutions: Strategies for Selling or Leasing REO Rehabbed Properties

Once the REO property has been rehabbed -- or preferably, earlier in the process -- the nonprofit developer must determine if the property can be sold at an adequate price to recover investment. This course will address how to determine if the market is adequate for reasonable return on the property, and what marketing and sales strategies are best. The alternative of lease-purchase arrangements will also be presented, along with strategies for administering that process. This course is strongly recommended for those who will touch the sales and/or leasing process of REO properties.
