Course Details

In this course, participants will review 10 basic feasibility issues and how to find answers to them to determine whether or not a proposed project can be successfully completed. Some of the questions are: Does the project fit our organizational mission, strategic plan and values? Will the project have community support? Do we have the organizational capacity? Is there governmental support? Do we have financial capacity and can we successfully obtain appropriate funding? Can we assemble an appropriate development team? Can we meet all project deadlines?
