In order to build strong neighborhoods, community stabilization efforts need to do more than restore the housing stock—they also need to make the case for investment by current and future residents, businesses and stakeholders.
In 2012, NeighborWorks America launched the
neighborhood marketing program
to partner with communities, create strong neighborhood brands and rebuild market demand.
Through a series of grants, our program provides local communities with the support and tools they need to strengthen their brand, attract new business, improve investment and bring new residents into neighborhoods.
