Our self-guided courses enable you to stay close to your work while gaining valuable knowledge, skills and downloadable tools and resources. We offer a wide range of computer-based courses that provide a comprehensive overview of the latest issues and challenges in community development, affordable housing and nonprofit leadership. Courses currently cover these subject matter areas listed below.
 
The courses take approximately 2-4 hours of actual online time to complete, and you have 60 days following registration to manage the time.  You’ll walk away with real skills, and the continuing education credit to back them up, all for only $195 (nonrefundable).

Until July 31, 2019 we are offering organizations the opportunity to purchase packages for our self-guided online courses. Our self-guided online courses allow you and your staff to train at your own pace, anywhere, anytime, day or night.

To get started, just follow the steps below and you will be on your way.

Step 1: Choose your organization’s package. Unlimited All-Access (unlimited access for you and your staff to our entire self-guided online course catalog during the promotion period) or Unlimited Pick 5 (unlimited access for you and your staff to five pre-selected self-guided online courses during the promotion period, and you select the courses). 

Step 2: Complete the attached PDF fillable order form and return with payment by July 31, 2019. 

Step 3: Once payment is received, obtain your registration training codes for distribution to your staff along with our tips for training success. 

Step 4: Start training! Staff have until September 30, 2019 to register for courses.
