Students help Texas organization share homeownership message with the media

Affordable Homes of South Texas, Inc. (AHSTI) recently partnered with the TV and Broadcast Journalism class from the University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley as their class project for the semester. AHSTI presented the current challenges facing the organization and asked the students to create a commercial that would help tackle those challenges. The result was a commercial package for TV, radio, and print from a millennial perspective. AHSTI awarded a group prize of $500 to the winners with guaranteed airtime on radio and TV.
